A tan softcover twenty-eight page booklet for The Lothrop Club, Season 1967-1968. This organization was founded in 1895. It was one of the Massachusetts State Federation of Women's Clubs. The object of this club was to promote a higher, broader and better culture, intellectually and socially. The Lothrop Club met the second Friday, October through April, at the Unitarian Parish House, Federal Street at 1:00 PM. The President was Muriel Adams; the President's Council were Esther Wright, Phyllis Perkins, Jane Edmands, Elizabeth Foster, Noveen Cunliffe and Mildred Craik. The Directors were Lillian Dow, Mary Duane, Ruth Jacobson, Esther Williams, Althea Fraser, Elizabeth Grassin, Anna Maroney and Catherine Murphy. The Auditor was Mildred Brewer. The Custodians of the Door were Merle Moore and Esther Williams. The Custodian of Club Property was Helen Friend. The Federation Secretary was Phyllis Perkins. The Historian was Ruth Hill. |
