Deed from Andrew Leech, Samuel Cabot, and Huldah Cabot selling 2 pieces of property of 8 and 6 acres to their uncle Nathan Leech for $500 ($333 1/3 to Andrew and $150 2/3 to Samuel & Huldah - husband and wife. The property was formerly part of the estate of John Leech. The first parcel of 8 acres was located off the hightway leading from Woodberry's tide mill through Royal Side to Danvers and 2nd piece, 6 acres, bounded southerly by the highway.
