1863 log of accounts of items bought and sold on the Brig Albion from January 20, 1863 to May 9, 1863. The captain was Thomas Lee. The items bought and sold varied and included such things as beef, sugar, molasses, fish, rum, pork, clothing, cotton, shovels, etc. People he had done business with, gave passage, and had paid were Abraham Williams, Mickal Lavinne (came to work on board the Albion March 2, 1863), Joseph White, Benjamin Mansfield, Madam Shiou, and Mr. Leegronchis. He makes mention of various places such as Lombar, Rovebane, Cape Gooding, Cape Fish Island, and the Capes. |
