A small note, handwritten on a torn piece of envelope. The note reads: "Manuscript of address for 200 anniversary. 1st part written by Prof. George Edward Woodberry. 2nd part written by Charles Sullivan Brown on Friday October 24 1913. Mr. Woodberry unable to be present." The note appears to have been included with the collection in the course of the SCC's own organization and storing of the related documents. |
