Account Book surveying the ship logs of six vessels ranging from the year 1840 through 1844. Documentation of the sailors aboard the ship, whether it was a fall fare or summer fare, the dates departed and arrived with the quantity and price of the product gathered by the vessel. The account book is composed of a total of twenty-three ship logs of the Schooner Homer, the Schooner Petrel, the America, the Schooner Elizabeth, the Constitution and the Schooner Avend of Provincetown. April 21, 1840, the Schooner Homer sailed her first fare. |
