A document written by Samuel Cooper, Esquire stating that the cargo aboard the Brig Fanny belonged to its owner, Israel Thorndike. Thomas Davis, the administrator on the estate of Marston Watson and Thomas Amory, stated on their behalf that the goods had been sold to the owner of the Brig Fanny, Thorndike, and its captain, John Thissel. There is also a letter written by Juan Stoughton, the consul of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Vermont. This was written in Spanish. There is an additional note regarding fifteen bags of cocoa deducted from the invoice written and signed by John Thissel and Israel Thorndike. This was witnessed by John Cabot and Sebastian Cabot.
