The land is in Ryalside bounded by Davis's Mill, and lands of the same Nathan Leech, Asa Leech, Betsy Stickney (wife of Silas Stickney), and Ebenezer Jabobs. Witnessed by Josiah Batchelder and Clementina Thorndike. Entered into the Registry of Deeds by John Pickering.
