   A letter from Jose Joachim de Gardoqui to Mr. John Lovet posted from Bilboa Spain. Senor de Gardoqui is informing Mr. Lovet of the circumstances concerning the vessel commanded by Captain Jeremiah Lovett (see Access #s 12,815 and 12,816). Also, the cargo of Logwood from Captain Jonathan H. Lovet's ship is only 1/2 sold but Senor de Gardoqui will continue in efforts to seel the remainder.

   Letter from Manuel de Lavaleta and Gabriel de Echavannia to John Lovett and Abner Chapman. De Lavaleta and de Echavannia discuss the difficulty of selling horses and mules which were delivered on the Schooner Hawk by Captain Jonathan H. Lovett. They say that they have enclosed a receipt for molasses loaded on the Brig Traveller which was bought of Freeman Mayberry and they extend their thanks for codfish.
