   A cream colored soft covered booklet with the title, A Short History of the Rice Estate, 1890-1945. This was written by Reverend Robert F. Ippolito, M.S. This booklet contains a short history of the property which is now home to The National Shrine and Seminary of Our Lady of La Salette in Ipswich, Massachusetts. It was purchased from the Rice family in 1945. The architect of the main building was William Rantoul.
