   1816-1819 account book identified as belonging to Thomas Stephens and Nicholas Thorndike by a note inserted in the volume written later by BHS staff probably. The book contains accounts for the Schooner "Brittania'", the Schooner "Abigail", "Greyhound", "Union", "Alice", "William", Bark "Washington. Many individuals are named in the accounts as well.

3. 22564 - Document

   1864 fishing Agreement between the captain and crew of the Schooner Belle, commanded by Captain Mathias Taylor of Chatham. There is a list of the crew along with their place of residence - three of the crew and the captain are Taylors and they are from Chatham, two are from Belfast, one from Managunk, and two from Salem. The witnesses to the signing, Benjamin Wallis and George Roundy, are Beverly men.
