Large net sinker used during fishing made from a grey-brown stone. There is a groove encircling the middle of the stone, around which a rope could be tied. All surfaces are round and smooth. There is a label on the sinker which identifies the object as a 'club head', but this identification is false.

Medium-sized net sinker used during fishing made of a beige stone. It is oblong in shape with a groove running around the center so a rope could be attached to it. The sides have been rounded but the texture remains somewhat rough. There are two labels on the sinker, one which says "Beverly Historical Society 8" and the other which identifies the object as a culb head; however this identification is false.

Large net sinker made from a beige stone. There is significant pitting and some small to medium sized holes on the surface. It is no longer round as it once was, but the groove running around the middle of the net for attaching ropes is still pronounced. The name "Paine's Head" is written on the surface, as is "No. 11 Club Head", however this identification is false.

Small net sinker used during fishing made from a dark grey-brown stone. There is a groove around the middle of the sinker where a rope could be tied. There is a small crack leading to a large broken portion on one side of the sinker. The sides are otherwise smooth.

The title page reads "Fish Labor & Memo", it dates from 1844 through 1846. The book records the amounts of fish brought in by which vessels, who the "fare" was sold to and for how much. Also the cost of labor is recorded for various tasks. It isn't clear who was keeping this account book. There was a recent note put into the book with "Albert Thorndike" written on it.
