   1781 minutes of a meeting held at the home of Asa Leech in order to form a committee to procure a man for the Continental Army for three years or during the War. Josiah Batchelder Jr was the clerk and the committee consisted of Captain Leech, Captain Thomas Woodberry and Batchelder. Capt. Daniel Adams was voted for the purpose of collecting the money to pay the soldier.
