The image shows Boston & Maine R.R. steam locomotive #215. It is a 0-6-0 switcher. The locomotive was built by Manchester Locomotive Works in Manchester, NH in October of 1904. It is seen in this image at Charlestown, MA c. 1933. This negative is a copy of the original negative and is attributed to Donald T. Hayward. Three copies exist. All copies are in the sleeve labeled as NHG-029-S. |
