The image shows Boston & Maine R.R. steam locomotive #219. It is a 0-6-0 switcher. The locomotive was built by Manchester Locomotive Works in Manchester, NH in 1904. It is seen here in Charlestown, MA in May of 1922. The negatives of this image are copies of the original negative and are attributed to William Bissinger. Six copies are in the collection. All are located in the sleeve labeled NHG-033-S. |
