Description |
A Christmas card manufactured by the Kristen Elliott Card Company, formerly of Beverly, Massachusetts. It has a green background with three poinsettias and leaves in the center. This was painted by Eleanor C. Thomas, a local artist and art teacher. The artist's signature is below the image on the right. The greeting inside, "Very best wishes for Christmas and the Coming Year", is printed in black ink. The card was signed, "George and Eleanor", in green marker. It is possible that this was sent by the artist because her husband's name was George. The following was printed on the back of the card, "10K - 17 Kristin Elliott." |
