Circular button with a red perimeter. Along the top is "Boston & Maine R.R., and along the bottom is "Pay Day Is Bond Day." The center of the button is white and has a soldier with a gun standing in front of an American flag. On each side of the soldier is a blue star. It is likely from World War II. Boston & Maine Railrad was founded in 1835 and was purchased in 1983. There is a straight metal pin on the back. |
