Israel Thorndike, Joseph Lee, Moses Brown and Samuel Cabot signed off errors excepted. Joseph Wood signed off on this document as a notary public that the goods in the annexed invoice are bonafide their property on 2 December 1795. There is also illegible writing and arithmetic on the back of this document.
