A warranty deed between Peter Pride and Peter Pride, Jr. dated December 21, 1859. The elder Pride was a yeoman and the younger was a cordwainer. The younger Pride paid forty dollars to his father for a piece of land off of Hale Street in Beverly Farms. This document was cosigned by Clarissa Pride. This document was witnessed by Josiah A. Haskell, Justice of the Peace.

1773 bill-of-sale for the slave Reuben age about 12 years sold by David Larcom to James Thistle for 40 pounds 13 shillings and 4 pence. Reuben was the son of Juno Larcom and her husband Jethro Thistle. Jethro was owned by Jeffery Thistle - James Thistle may have been a cousin. The document was witnessed by Peter Pride and Peter Pride, Jr.
