    This is a maritime account book of Captain Octavius Howe for the Barque "Rosabella", Ship "Edward Everett", the Ship Coquimbo, Barque Orion, and Ship Diana. There are also a copies of letters of instruction from the owner, Benjamin Bangs, of the "Edward Everett". The payments listed are for supplies needed, port charges, washing, blacksmith's and carpenter fees, mailing costs, telegraph charge, stevedore fees, cords of wood and so on.
