    A petition from Lysander Spooner to the Legislature of Massachusetts. Spooner suggests some more legal reforms and objects to many of the laws recently passed by the Legislature. He argues that attorneys should not have to inform the court of their education and attainments, that they should not have to swear an oath of loyalty to their clients, and that they should not have to swear an oath of loyalty to the court.
